Well, they are finally finished!  I think they turned out pretty nice.  Here's the finished product...

 The shelves were just a bit wider than we had room for, so we cut a section out to allow us to turn the lights on and off without sticking our hand behind the shelves.  The trim around it is just a dollar store picture frame.


Total cost for this project was $16.00 - $12 for the molding, $4.00 for the paint, which was from the mis-tinted bin at Lowes, and the bead board backing was free (we already had the bead board from a previous project.)


Stop by again soon and see what I do with this poor little rocking chair that my sweet hubby rescued before it became landfill.
